Hello and welcome. Don't worry we were all new once! ;D Ok, to get a basic idea of what to do, you should look at some of other peoples horse applications in the CREATION thread. To make your horse, fill out the Horse Application form and post it. The Mods/Admins will give you help and approve your charatcer for this task. Once approved, ou can start RPing anywhere!
