History: Calahoondin was born upon a minature horse farm. However one night his rather, the farm's lead stallion, ran away, leading as many horses as possible. Calahoondin's mother was one of the ones that esacped and as he was a weanling at that time he came too. After spending his early years in the herd he left to seek out a mate of his own. As one could immagine he had trouble finding a minature mare among the wilderness. He eventually came to a ranch which kept a minature more as a pet than a stock animal. After some lessons through the fences at night Calahoondin taught the mare about the wild and helped her free herself. The pair is now traveling, looking for a herdland.
Personality: Being small Calahoondin is tougher than he looks. He's not afriad to strike low blow in a battle and in fact he commonly does. Towards his herd he demands respect and lots of it. He will strike a mare if she is bad tempered and he believes in the old tradtions of claiming a mare for life as his own. Some could say he is too Strict to be a Light and yet too small to be a Dark.

History: Born as Cutie-Sky-Pie, Skyblithentar was born and raised on a ranch away from any city for days and days travel. However, though she was pampered, she hated it. When a handsome minature stallion came calling she fell in love. Listening to his tales and teachings she one night ran away from the ranch to be with him.
Personality: Sky, despite the respect and bows she gives Calahoondin is a touch cookie. The paint can fight well enough to protect herself but she dislikes the sight of blood and once she is out of sight of Calahoondin crys when she has taken the life of an animal, even if it be a coyote or eagle.

History: Temptress was born into a race of wild horses that were divided into clans. These wild mares and stallions, most of which were dark or nuetral arabs, were constantly at war with eacother. eaven within the clans there was a sense of distrust or plotting in the air that made life interesting. temptress was evenually driven out by one of the older mares and her "followers" after the young seal brown's flirts caught the eye of the crown prince in the clan. Jeaousy had consumed the other mare and against six mares out for her blood Temptress didn't have a prayer.
Personality: Temptress is a cunning creature in her natural settings aka the counterplotting of many darks. She can weasel her way into and out of a lot of things. But this Arab beauty is also capable of being a fiery loving mare to the heart of true Dark.

History: Colorado has had a tough life, so that's what he believes all of life is - tough. He was abused as a foal and a young horse. Whipped, beaten, it didn't phase him though. He eventually fought back, trampling his master to death. Then he bolted, leaving that world behind. Eventaully he came here.
Personality: Colorado could never be called a cruel horse. His outlook on life is dark, yes, but he isn't evil or twisted. Colorado simple does what he has to, to survive and doesn't grudge anyone else who does the same. He has a real "fight to live, live to fight" attitude that can't be changed. He doesn't care about power or haveing a herd, but he is the kind of stallion who would forcebreed a mare.

History: Badluck's mother was a prize mare and the apple of her sire's eye. However when the mare had Badluck, she died. The stallion of the herd was livid with rage and sorrow. An old mare took Badluck in and fed her but when the filly grew up, she looked just like her mother. Her father hated her, and blamed her for his favorite mare's death. And so, at the young age of 1 1/2 she was driven from the herd by her father. Living alone and wild had it's effects on the plucky appaloosa, she is as strong and brave as she is kind and understanding.
Personality: very kind and gentle; Badluck is not the kind of mare you'd think had spent most of her life exploring the wilds. But in truth she is a great fighter against wild animals. (she's never fought another horse before)
